Account Managers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DEPARTMENT: Account Management & Client Performance

JOB TITLE: Account Manager

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full Time (7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Account Manager position is responsible for the retention, performance and relationships of their assigned clients, and up-selling the Cardone set of products to maximize revenue streams across their client base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients as assigned.
  • Upsell the Cardone set of products to clients
  • Build relationships with key executives in the client’s business.
  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with clients 
  • Provide excellent service to clients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
  • Continuously evaluate client health on the program
  • Improve client engagement and usage to meet and exceed department and client objectives.
  • Organize, promote and conduct efficient web-based trainings for clients as needed and recommended.
  • Complete and record any information about activities and/or accounts in the company’s CRM (customer relationship management) system

COMPENSATION:

  • Monthly base salary plus commission structure

TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DEPARTMENT: Sales

JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative

EMPLOYMENT CLASS: Regular Full Time (7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cold calling business owners, senior executives and key decision-makers in companies across the country.
  • Schedule appointments with prospects in order to demonstrate the benefit of Grant Cardone Academy to their business, and sell them on purchasing the product.
  • Skillfully manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into customers
  • Generate qualified leads on a regular basis to ensure there is constantly a full pipeline of prospects
  • Meet daily activity targets and monthly/quarterly sales targets (including a minimum of 4 hours of talk time and 200 dials on the phones daily)
  • Maximize sales opportunities by expertly hosting virtual presentations to prospects and clients alike

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent sales skills, ideally B2B experience.
  • Ability to skilfully communicate and negotiate with high-level business executives and owners across a variety of industries country-wide.

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong inclination to creating profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
